Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: WV Beauty Company has the right to cancel any appointment after 15 minutes into your appointment time. I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If there is a no show /no call or a cancellation after the 24 hour window it will result in a cancellation fee which Is half of the service cost. After three no call/ no show incidents approval for an appointment will be set in place.
